Our board-certified physical therapists will work with you to help your body overcome anything that may be causing physical pain or limiting your ability. You do not need to be a member of the YMCA to see a physical therapist at this location.
All treatments and evaluations are done in a private treatment room. Our physical therapists also have access to all the YMCA has to offer, including the pool. Free parking is available in the Holiday Inn Ramp.

What is Hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy is a type of physical therapy done in a pool. During the therapy session, your physical therapist will help you perform gentle exercises in the water. Hydrotherapy is especially effective for patients recovering from many types of injuries, including those with musculoskeletal or neurologic conditions. The common goals of hydrotherapy are muscle relaxation, reducing pain and improving range of motion.
