Healthy Alliances Matter, Duluth NAACP & Wilderness Health Host COVID-19 Needs Assessment of the African Heritage Community Presentation of Findings
Healthy Alliances Matter, Duluth NAACP, and Wilderness Health are pleased to announce a virtual event this Friday, February 5th from noon – 1:15 regarding a needs assessment of the local African Heritage community in response to COVID-19.
Dr. Olihe Okaro, from the UMD College of Pharmacy, has led the study and will be presenting her findings on Friday. There will also be a short discussion of key community recommendations for future actions to reduce healthcare disparities, and current ongoing events, led by Janet Kennedy from Healthy Alliances Matter.
