Aspirus St. Luke's Welcomes Dan Kolenda, PA-C
St. Luke’s is pleased to welcome Superior native Dan Kolenda, PA-C, to its Orthopedics & Sports Medicine team.
Kolenda earned his Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a double minor in Chemistry and Psychology at Niagara University in Lewiston, New York. He is board certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Kolenda pursued a career in medicine because of his interest in human sciences. He found that medicine offered a unique challenge and opportunity to improve outcomes for people. As a physician assistant, Kolenda’s goal is to give patients the information they need to make the best treatment decision and care plan for themselves.
Outside of work, Kolenda likes to fish, hike, bike and golf around the Twin Ports.
