Jake, Clinic Supervisor
“I got my Master’s in kinesiology hoping to become a college strength and conditioning coach,” said Jake, Clinic Supervisor at St. Luke’s. “But I ended up getting involved with St. Luke’s instead. I took a strength and conditioning position at the St. Luke’s Proctor Fitness Center when we opened in 2018. My career has really grown and changed since then.”
For several years, Jake oversaw the Center and built a successful conditioning program for high school students. These two efforts were stalled temporarily when the pandemic started. However, it provided Jake with the opportunity to grow in other areas within the organization. Now, he supervises St. Luke’s Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and St. Luke’s Interventional Pain Management.
“I’m really thankful for all the opportunities I’ve been given,” he said. “There’s a lot of space to grow at St. Luke’s and our leadership really invests in people. It’s a great place to work.”
Thank you, Jake, for bringing your unique set of skills and abilities to St. Luke’s team!
