ST. LUKE'S PHYSICIANS RECOGNIZED FOR EXCELLENCE IN DIABETES CARE

St. Luke's Clinic Quality Improvement Committee elected to participate in a Physician Diabetes Program that recognizes physicians who meet the criteria for 10 evidence-based measures. The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association reviewed 25 charts for each physician.

Below are the St. Luke's internal medicine and family medicine physicians who met the criteria for those measures and are now listed on the NCQA web page as achieving this recognition.
