Our team of 40+ board-certified physical therapists is here to help you overcome any physical issues that may be causing pain or keeping you from your way of life. Physical therapy is one part of our rehabilitation services, which also includes occupational therapy, speech therapy and pediatric rehab. These services are available for all ages, from newborn to end-of-life.
What does a physical therapist (PT) do?
A PT is a movement expert who can help improve your quality of life through prescribed exercise or hands-on care such as manual therapy, myofascial release and dry needling. Our therapists may also use other treatment techniques to help with retraining your muscles for better performance or improving your mobility.

What does treatment look like?
Treatment can be broken into 3 steps:
- A 60-minute initial assessment and treatment plan development
- Appointments with your PT for 4 to 6 weeks
- At-home activities and long-term recovery
