Position Description

Aspirus St. Luke's Hospital is a DNV accredited, 267-bed regional Level II Trauma Center with a hospital in Duluth and primary and specialty clinics throughout the region. Aspirus St. Luke's serves patients using the best medical technology available and with the highest level of compassion.

Aspirus St. Luke's regional healthcare organization is seeking a top-notch BC/BE Nephrologist to join their well established and thriving practice. If you are an individual that has a passion for patient-centered care, willingness to work in a collegial atmosphere and are focused on clinical excellence this is a position for you!


Practice specifics

  • Clinical Nephrology, hypertension and post-transplant care.
  • Inpatient care includes ICU and acute dialysis services as well as management of therapeutic pheresis
  • Nephrology is a consultative service, hospitalists are the admitting service
  • Well established program with a large referral base.
  • Mentoring environment
  • Call goal: 1:3
  • Busy hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis population, plus CRRT
  • Outreach consultative services at 6 regional clinic locations and 9 dialysis units

Compensation

  • Salary range is very competitive, signing bonus
