Medical Record Requests
Aspirus St. Luke's offers an online records request tool that verifies your identity by asking for a photo of your driver's license, which can be taken via webcam or smartphone. There is no additional charge to use this service.

Permission to Discuss
Aspirus St. Luke's knows that privacy regulations have an impact on our customer service. That’s especially true when it comes to discussing your health information with those you choose to have involved in your care. This includes information about things like appointments, scheduling, treatment and billing, as well as lab and test results.
