I work to empower patients to take charge of their recovery through movement. My greatest aim is to educate patients about how movement may help them return to the activities they find meaningful.

Our bodies were made to move. However, we are often not taught how to capitalize on this concept to aid in healing.
Why Alyvia went into physical therapy
I have an innate passion for health science, and physical therapy captured all my interests. I love being able to be part of helping others maximize their function and return to their best self.
