Philosophy of care
I strive to incorporate aspects of both recovery and prevention into rehabilitation and wellness. Finding a balance between doing the things we love and what we have always wanted to do while recovering from an injury is the foundation of my practice. I enjoy connecting and collaborating with my patients and have a passion for helping and empowering individuals with various injuries and conditions that are preventing them from partaking in the activities they love.

Favorite advice to give to patients
Physical therapy requires playing an active role in your care. Healing takes time and small, active changes in our daily routine can go a long way in understanding your condition and returning to the activities you love.

Why Ashely went into physical therapy
I’ve had two hip surgeries in my past, one in high school and one in college leading me to participate in numerous years of Physical Therapy both prior to and following my surgeries. While participating in PT, I quickly learned that it was what I wanted to do with my life. I enjoyed the close collaboration between myself as a patient and my PT to reach my goals, constant creativity, and the idea of being able to give back to my community and help others.
