Philosophy of care
I like treating patients while thinking of function: focusing treatment on the patient’s activities, goals and what they want to get back to. I believe in keeping patients engaged and participating in their therapy.
Why Erin went into therapy
When I was 13 years old I sprained my ankle severely enough that I was required to have therapy. Ever since then, I told my parents I was going to be a physical therapist to help patients. I was lucky enough to follow my dream. After several years of practicing in an acute care setting, I was able to change my career path, and I am now focusing on treating patients with pelvic health dysfunctions.
Favorite advice to give patients
Having an awareness of your body, and listening to it are huge. It can tell you when something is going on.

I love being outdoors and being active. Running is a passion of mine. I love downhill skiing as well as curling. I also spend a lot of time watching my child swim on the swim team as well as playing other team sports, including baseball, soccer and lacrosse.
