Philosophy of care
I aim to treat my patients as individuals in a shared-decision making model, where their values and treatment-related goals drive our care plan.

Why Dr. Selle went into medicine
I was drawn to urogynecology because of the unique ability to improve patients' overall quality of life. So many of my patients have dealt with their pelvic floor disorder for years, sometimes avoiding social situations or physical activity because of embarrassing leakage or bothersome bulge/pressure symptoms. I enjoy reassuring patients that they do not need to live like this and that there are a number of treatment options available to fit their treatment goals.

Hobbies
I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring the great outdoors through hiking, biking, kayaking, and skiing, and I especially love to travel.
