Kayla Langlee provides psychotherapy to children 6+. Her therapeutic approach is overall trauma-informed, and she uses multiple modalities including components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment and applied behavioral analysis.
Her professional experience includes working with individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. She has extensive experience working with children and families from various cultural and social backgrounds.
