Volunteers are an important part of the hospice caregiving team. Volunteers help provide an atmosphere of warmth, care and understanding. The companionship and support they provide for patients and their families are invaluable.

Hospice volunteers can provide a variety of services to help support and comfort patients and their families. These services can include:

  • Companionship visits
  • Respite visits for caregivers
  • Music therapy
  • Pet therapy
  • 11th Hour program
  • We Honor Veterans
  • Grief companions
